Job Description

Osano is hiring an empathetic, driven Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our growing team! This role serves as a customer’s main point of contact with Osano, so we’re looking for someone who will enthusiastically represent our people, products, and mission to create transparency in how data is shared. 
 
In this role, you’ll manage the customer lifecycle as they partner with Osano and use our automated data privacy solutions. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you’ll own a multi-million dollar book of business, work with our Product and Customer Experience teams, build processes for upselling + retaining customers as we scale. Negotiation skills, selling strategies, and working proactively with customers will serve you well in this role.

The Role
  • Own the post-sale experience for Osano’s customers and own a multi-million dollar book of business. 
  • Meet and exceed customer ARR retention, activation, and adoption targets with a portfolio across a variety of customer market segments. 
  • Understand your customers’ evolving privacy maturity to demonstrate value and expand their adoption of Osano’s products. 
  • Help run pipeline + forecasting meetings alongside the Director of Customer Success. You’ll build reports and dashboards that inform expansion of accounts and those at-risk.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience and Product teams to ensure your customers’ success with our suite of automated privacy products. 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success to build out our customer lifecycle motion, health scoring, retention scenarios, customer marketing, and training materials as we grow the team. 
  • Make an impact and develop Osano’s customer-base at an exciting pace. As a Sr. Customer Success Manager, you’ll develop and work towards the role as a mentor and/or manager of other Customer Success Managers!
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in either Customer Success or Account Management managing a book of business that is measured on net dollar revenue + customer retention. 
  • You know how to work across complex relationships and with multiple business units, both externally + internally. 
  • You’ve been the centralized stakeholder for customers, ensuring escalations are handled effectively + proactively with regular customer touch-points. 
  • You have a hunger to constantly improve by seeking out feedback and are self-aware of your capabilities + knowledge. 
  • You enjoy building processes and you’re looking to be a mentor to other Customer Success Managers as we continue to grow our team. 
  • You take pride in your communication and see it as a representation of your brand. You understand that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust.
  • You are highly resourceful and able to overcome obstacles with positivity, creativity, and grit. 
  • You are curious and able to adapt to dynamic research, development, and industry knowledge.
  • Lastly, you should thrive in a remote setting. For us, that means being empathetic, proactively communicating, and bringing ingenuity + initiative to your every day.

Compensation
Based on your skills + experience, you can expect your annual on-target earnings to be $105,000 to $120,000 upon joining the company, plus generous stock options to have an early stake in our success.
