Job Description

Osano is hiring an empathetic, driven Customer Implementation Manager looking to make a difference at an early-stage startup that is shaping the fast-growing privacy industry. 
 
In this role, you’ll gain an intimate knowledge of our customers, data set, and web application to assess privacy pain points and design delightful solutions. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you’ll deliver technical support to our customers and help educate new customers throughout the implementation process. You’ll also be a privacy expert and provide key insights of the industry to our customers.

The Role
  • Assist with the customer implementation and technical configuration of our software product. 
  • Drive adoption by training customers to confidently use our platform to its full potential.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support the entire lifecycle of a customer, including tracking key metrics in the customer journey.  
  • Delight the customer with quick responses to their technical support requests. 
  • Be a privacy expert to our customers by providing them with insights into the privacy industry + trends on new data privacy laws.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by being responsive and proactively checking in before  transitioning them to our Customer Success team. 
  • Be the voice of the customer to the team, which is essential for our product’s continued success. 
About You
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role with a technical slant𑁋technical program manager, technical account manager, business analyst.
  • Basic knowledge of client-side languages𑁋Javascript, CSS, HTML, and understanding of how coding works. 
  • Background in customer onboarding or vendor management.
  • Experience in data privacy with your privacy certification (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
  • Experience working in software development or with technical teams throughout the software development process. 
  • Exposure to Hubspot CRM/Service Hub or similar applications to connect with customers. 
  • Intuition for what makes for an accessible, functional, and delightful customer experience.

Compensation
Depending on your skill and experience, you can expect your annual compensation to be somewhere between $85,000 and $110,000 + stock options upon joining the company.
