Demand Generation + Campaign Strategist
Full Time Remote

Job Description

We're growing at Osano and are looking for a Demand Generation + Campaign Strategist to join our Marketing team! This role will report directly to our Director of Revenue Marketing and will collaborate with other teams to create, implement, and measure integrated demand generation initiatives that attract + convert qualified pipeline from our target account base. You’ll work across multiple marketing channels, including email, in-person and virtual events, conferences, digital advertising, direct mail, content syndication, social media, and more! 
  
The ideal candidate is an empathetic and strategic thinker with knowledge of B2B marketing + demand generation best practices. As a natural experimenter with an interest in solving problems, you’ll reach + engage target accounts, segments and a variety of personas by deploying "one-to-many" and "one-to-few" account-based marketing campaigns.

The Role
  • Develop + execute measurable, integrated demand programs that drive revenue. You’ll leverage a variety of digital marketing campaigns + tactics for email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and website management. 
  • Manage and coordinate all campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success teams. 
  • Forecast and report on the impact of demand creation activities for the sales pipeline, revenue, and overall sales cycle.  
  • Define audience segmentation based on behaviors to nurture prospects into qualified leads. Utilize A/B testing and analytics to inform our campaign spend decisions + drive effective ROI.  
  • Develop a deep understand of our target audience and core messaging needed to achieve successful demand-generation goals. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritize target accounts and campaign plans. You’ll also execute the account-based marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, adoption, and engagement across the entire Osano platform. 
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for digital and demand generation agency partners. 
  • Build upon and track the entire marketing funnel, including website visitors, inbound leads, conversion rates, and closed revenue/deals.  
  • Develop and execute email drip and nurture programs across the entire customer lifecycle.
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience working with digital and email marketing where you’ve recently managed + executed campaigns, preferrably with a B2B SaaS product. 
  • You have experience optimizing digital programs to set metrics and meeting ROI targets. 
  • You’re confident working with digital marketing platforms + tools, such as: SEO, social campaigns, direct mail distribution, buyer intent, website analytics, and more.  
  • You are a strong project manager and know how to prioritize and delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.  
  • You’ve managed scaling demand marketing programs, such as: webinars, lead nurturing, account based marketing (ABM), and more. 
  • You enjoy challenging puzzles and bring flexibility + creativity to problem-solving. You’re eager to learn, explore new problems and technologies, and take risks to make a big impact. 
  • You relish in working with data + developing shared measurements of demand generation or go-to-market initiatives. 
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and managing cross-functional projects. You are well versed in partnering with Sales to meet (and ultimately exceed) the pipeline + revenue targets.  
  • You have utilized marketing automation, web content management, web analytics, and business intelligence technologies, such as: HubSpot, Marketo + Salesforce.

Compensation 
Depending on your skill and experience, you can expect stock options + your annual compensation to be somewhere between $80,000 and $95,000 upon joining the company.
